Ncinci Ndiqala is a locally owned and family-run business. Based in Mitchells Plain, our focus is to encourage and promote recycling in everyday lives and bring recycling to you, our customers.

While recycling is our main game, our skillset expands much further. We specialize in corporate and business cleaning services as well as waste management and removal. Transportation and disposal of Hazardous Waste as well as collectors for the ROSE Foundation. We also do horticultural maintenance such as grass cutting, tree trimming and removal as well as garden maintenance.

Ncinci Ndiqala is a l00% black woman owned, registered level 1 BEE company. Directly translated Ncinci Ndiqala means ‘Small Beginnings’, this is exactly how the first step is taken in the company’s main focus area, recycling. Every journey starts with that first footstep.

The business aims its services to the surrounding and extended areas available to all home-owners, business owners, schools, organizations and business opportunists alike to help lighten their carbon footprint by making recycling process a simple one. What sets us apart from others is that we do not wait for recycling and work to come to us, we are mobile, operate with a scale and come looking for you, our next customer. We remove the hassle of transportation on your recycling/waste management problems.

With several teams on site and on the road our team is versatile and quick to the point. Trained and experienced team leaders allow for on-site collections and assistance no matter the task.

The business has and will have many goals as it grows. Its primary goal is to ensure a greener tomorrow through recycling. Next is to create job opportunities where it goes, through networking and expanding, and ultimately to make profit as this will encourage more recycling and pay salaries and wages of all those employed by the company.

The company is registered on the CIPC (Companies & Intellectual Properties Commission) database and obtains from the licensing registration of the business. The company has also obtained its tax clearance certificate as well as good-standing certificate from SARS within this process. It is registered on the CSD (Central Supplier Database) where its commodities, products and services (provided by the company) has been accounted for.

Having our Second Hand Goods certificate allows for us to buy certain products, items and materials from you when dealing with your supply chain. These include but not limited to recycling material such as paper, plastic, scrap metal and even redundant furniture.

We are also covered by Public Liability Insurance with OUTsurance and compliant with both COIDA and UIF. Our staff is submitted to training every two years with refreshers every in-between year.

Our Team

Ncinci Ndiqala consists of a dynamic team of individuals that all work towards the same goal.

The team has 3 drivers that take care of all transport requirements regarding materials and team transport as well as service delivery. Ten fully trained and dedicated staff members run the day-to-day activities of the company and seek to establish healthy and strong relationships with its clients and the growth within Ncinci Ndiqala.

Working together with the ROSE Foundation, we have experience and training in the removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste as attached. One team focuses on the collections of this project requirements where another, focuses on the buying aspect. Purchase and removal of recycling material and a third team runs two waste drop-off facilities, our latest tender venture with the City of Cape Town.

This team focuses on the site work. Working together with drivers and their own team to ensure that all contracting work is completed on time and quality is delivered.

Ncinci Ndiqala also offers flexibility to whatever task at hand. Having experience in recycling, collections and Transportation Services and even an interest taken in Oil Recycling. Recent expansions have allowed for cleaning services and horticultural maintenance as well

We offer custom service options for the job at-hand. Whether it means arranging a weekly collection for the cardboard of your business and even the cleaning of storage units or refuse rooms, there is no job too big or small for our team.

Ncinci Ndiqala is based at the Swartklip Drop Off and offers quick and friendly services with ease through each process of recycling. Through this we aim to build, maintain and strengthen our relationship with each and every client and their carbon footprint.

We also do removal of non-recyclable materials and laundry services on bulk scales.
